This is a time of extreme difficulty for many people in the world right now so we decided to share many of our strategies and routines that we have used for many years to help manage stress and deal the best we can with fear of uncertainty.

Some of the things we get into include:

  • The value of routine
  • Moving your body is critical
  • Creating a schedule to follow
  • The value of having a coach

We can't control what's going to happen however, there are many things that we can control so we choose to focus on those things and get busy working on them.
